It won't let me setup custom checkout profiles

In this guide, we will explain what to do in case you cannot set up the custom checkout profiles in the auto-checkout settings.

 

Go to the Profiles page by clicking on the robot icon, just like this:

Typically, you should be able to enter your details. If it's not working for you, please try to check the following:

  • Internet connection: Your internet connection may have been cut during the process, so check it before contacting support.
  • Tool status: The autofill may be under maintenance when you set up the custom checkout profiles, so try to see in the announcements if the autofill is down.
  • Clear cache: Clearing the cache will reset the details of the websites and the tool, so you should try this.
