I can't edit my profiles

In this guide, we will explain to you what to do in case you can't edit your profiles.


First of all, select a profile and try to fill in all the fields for the tool. If you can't fill in one or many, it means there is a bug in the tool, and you should contact us.


If the solution above is not working for you, please try to check the following:

  • Internet connection: Your internet connection may have been cut during the process, so do not forget to check if you are still connected to the internet.
  • Tool status: The autofill may be under maintenance when you import profiles, so try to see in the announcements if the autofill is down.
  • Clear cache: Clearing the cache will reset the details of the websites and the tool, so you should try this.
