How to send a shipping email to your buyer

In this guide, we will show you how to send a shipping email to your buyer.

 

First, go to the Manage page by clicking on the statistics icon in the top left menu. Then, you will have these icons. Click on Manage:

From there, you will be able to see the Orders section in the Manage, just like this:



To send a shipping email to your customer, you will have to click on the order, then go to the Fulfil order category to get this:

From there, scroll down a little, and you will see the "Notify customer" zone. You can tick the option to send a shipping email to your customer.

 

Sending a shipping email is important for your sales because they inform your customer when their package is on its way and that you are a legitimate seller. Customers will be more inclined to leave you positive feedback if you provided them with the shipping details as soon as possible.

 

Please note this feature is only available for Shopify. For StockX, Amazon, eBay, and other platforms, emails are sent by default and there is no option to disable or enable the emailing being sent upon fulfilling an order.
