A product is spamming

In this guide, we will show you what to do if a product is spamming.

One of the problems you can face while using the app is getting spammed by a product notification. It's something that can happen, but we will show you the most common solutions to solve it:

  • Notification settings: If you are receiving an overwhelming amount of unnecessary notifications from a particular product or website, navigate to the preferences tab of your settings and turn off notifications for the particular website spamming product notification.
  • App maintenance: Check the Discord status channel for any current updates and maintenance. It may be why a product is currently spamming.
  • Internet connection: Check if your network has been cut while using the app.
  • Cache issues: Cleaning the cache will reset the app details, and it can help you solve the spamming product issue.
  • Device issues: Try switching between different devices (computers, smartphones...) and logging out, then back in. Sometimes, it's just a simple bug, but you should report it if it happens many times. Do not forget to check if your device needs to be updated.

However, if the solutions written here are not working, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can help you fix this.
