How to update tracking on your orders

In this guide, we will show you how to update tracking on your orders. 

Summary:

  • I/ Desktop or web application 
  • II/ Mobile or tablet application 

 

The Tracking number is significant for you and the customer to track the order. You must include it in the order details.

 

I/ Desktop or web application 

First, you have to go to the Manage page. To do so, click on the statistics icon on the top left menu:

 

The Manage page looks like this:

 

Now, please go to the Orders category. It's on the right part of your screen. From there, you can select one order by clicking on it: 

 

Then, you will have all the orders' details:

 

Click on the Fulfill order button to update the tracking details:

Once you have added your tracking information to all of the required, click Fulfil to update the status of your order.
