In this guide, we will show you how to cancel & refund your orders.
If you can't fulfill an order, Juiced has made a feature that allows you to cancel your orders. The feature will also allow you to refund your customers with ease.
I/ How to cancel & refund your orders
First, you have to go to the Manage page. To do so, click on the statistics icon on the top left menu:
The Manage page looks like this:
Now, please go to the Orders category. It's on the right part of your screen. From there, you can select one order (it's selected when you see a purple dot next to it):
Then, click on the Actions button and on Cancel:
Finally, you can select a reason for your cancellation in the Reason field.
Also, you can choose the Refund later and Notify customer options when canceling an order on Shopify.
Once you've field out the required fields, click on the Cancel Order button, and the status of the order will change to Cancelled.
