In this guide, we will show you how to edit or view the "returns" section on your listings.
First of all, go to the Manage page by clicking on the statistics icon on the top left menu:
Then, you will have your Manage page, just like this:
To edit or view the "returns" section on your listings, you have to select one of them by going to the Listings section:
If you click on one of the listings, it should look something like this:
Depending on the platform you are selling on, there may be some differences, but don't worry. It won't change anything. The Returns section is here for you to manage the returns. You can choose to accept or decline the returns. It's crucial to put thought into your decision because you have to decide who will pay the return fees (which can be very expensive if it's an international return, with customs, etc.). Still, if you don't accept returns, the customer may look for someone else to buy from.
Do not forget to save your changes by clicking on the Save button once you have finished editing your listing.
