The region I'm selecting isn't available

In this guide, we will show you what to do if the selected region is unavailable.



Juiced works primarily in:

  • North America 
  • Europe

The majority of our users are from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, and all other European countries.

Juiced also supports Oceania and Asia. However, fewer features may be available.

We would not advise purchasing a subscription if you are from South America, Africa, or other more rural areas of the world since we do not provide enough information for these regions.

You can encounter problems by selecting your region because of minor issues. Try to check these:

  • Internet status: Please check if your connection has been cut or not.
  • App status: Try to check if the app is under maintenance in the status channel on Discord. 
  • Device issues: Try to switch between devices to see if you still have the error.

If you still have problems and errors after checking all of these solutions, do not hesitate to contact us, so we will try to help you as fast as possible (we will reply within 24 hours).
