In this guide, we will show you what to do when the app doesn't let you change your region.
There are many reasons why you can't change your region:
- You are not connected to the Internet. Please try to check if your Internet/WiFi is still enabled.
- The app is under maintenance. There will be an announcement in the Discord (#status channel) and in the app.
- You are not logged into your account.
- Clear your cookies. This can result in solving your issue.
- Check if your membership is cancelled. You can contact us to check your membership status. Not having an active membership can limit most functions, so ask us, and we will force a logout.
If you still can't change your region, contact us, and we will reset it for you in under 24 hours.
