I cannot download or access my invoices

In this guide, we will show you what to do when you can't download or access your invoices.


First of all, go to the Billing section in the Settings and scroll down to the invoices, by going down to Payments, where you can select PDF. From there, you will have all of your invoices, just like this: 


If you encounter a problem while performing these steps, there may be some problems with the app. Please check first the status of the Juiced app or try to access it from another device of yours. If there is nothing wrong, please contact us to state the issue, and we will try to update it in under 24 hours.


Having errors about downloading can be caused by many reasons. One of them is not having an Internet connection after getting into the app. Also, it can be the maintenance of the app, which is reported in the status of the app in Discord. Try to download your invoices from another device and if you still have problems, please contact us so we can help you.
