I am not satisfied, give me a refund

Being not satisfied is not a reason to get a refund. For example, if you subscribed to our services but don't use them at all, you can't request a refund since you are the one not using them.

If you encounter problems setting up notifications, using our services, or anything technical related, you will first have to request a one on one support so we can help you resolve your issues. Then, if you are really not satisfied, we will invite you to complete the month so you don't waste your money. Don't forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Refunds are not guaranteed, as per our refund policy, we will only refund you if you are truly owed a refund. Being owed a refund is decided by our refund policy.
