In this guide, we will go over what to do if your billing history isn’t showing up.
If your billing history is not showing, please first check juiced.io/status and see if the app is currently down for maintenance. If the app is currently running properly, please try and restart the app by either quitting the app and re-opening or by refreshing the webpage. If you are still unable to update your card please contact support@juicedio.com for further help.
Please note: If you are on a 7 day trial, since you have never been charged by us, you won't see any billing history.
