In this guide, we will go over what to do if you can’t update your date of birth.
To update your date of birth on Desktop:
First locate your profile picture on the bottom left corner of your screen, next choose the "Settings" tab, next locate the "DOB" section, and select the calendar icon to select your date of birth. Finally hit the "Update DOB" button where then you will be able to update your date of birth.
To update your date of birth on Mobile:
First hit your profile picture on the top right corner of the screen, next choose the "Account" tab at the top of the page, next you should see the "DOB" section where you will be able to change your Date of Birth settings. After the change, make sure to hit the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the screen to save your new update.
If you are not able to update your date of birth, please first check juiced.io/status and see if the app is currently down for maintenance. If the app is currently running properly, please try and restart the app by either quitting the app and re-opening it or by refreshing the webpage.
