I was charged even though I cancelled my subscription

In this guide, we will go over what to do if you were charged but your subscription was canceled.

 

If your subscription was canceled before your next renewal date and you were still charged, please contact support@juiced.io for help resolving the situation. In the email please provide the email associated with your account as well as your account id. To find this, simply go to settings, accounts, and it will be right under your name on the top.
