In this guide, we will go over what to do if you cannot update your card.
To update your card on Desktop:
First locate your profile picture on the bottom left corner of your screen, next choose the "Settings" tab, next locate the "Billing" tab on the top right corner, and finally choose the "Update Card" button.
To update your card on Mobile:
First hit your profile picture on the top right corner of the screen, next choose the "Billing" tab all the way at the bottom of the page, finally, you should be brought to a screen where you are able to fill out your payment information and click the "Update Payment" button to finalize the new card.
If you cannot update your card, don’t worry. First, please check juiced.io/status and see if the app is currently running with no downtime. If the app is currently running properly, please try and restart the app by either quitting the app and re-opening it or by refreshing the webpage.
