It's not letting me log out all devices

If you're experiencing problems when you try to log out of all your devices, don't panic. Here are some reasons this might be happening and how to solve them:

  • Try to switch between different browsers. If you are on Chrome, try to log in to your dashboard on Explorer, Safari, or Edge. Basically, you just want to try it on a different internet browser. After logging in, go ahead and try to log out of all your devices. You can do this by following our guide for logging out of all devices. 

  • Check if your membership is canceled. You can contact us if you are not sure about the status of your membership. We will sort it with you. If your membership is canceled, you won't be able to access certain features and this could be affecting your ability to log out of all devices. 

  • Clear your cookies. In order to clean your browser, cookies might be the reason why you're not able to log out of all your devices.
