If you find your balance is inaccurate in the Seller Hub, this could be due to a few different technical reasons. Don't panic. Try these methods to see if they can fix your problem:
- Refresh your page: Refreshing your page will allow your browser to fetch information from your connected online platforms. You'll see an alert saying it could take some time for this to happen.
- Disconnect and reconnect your platform: In the Seller Hub, disconnect every platform you have connected. After you've successfully disconnected the platforms, reconnect them and see if your listings show up.
- If you are on Chrome, try to log in to your dashboard on Explorer, Safari, or Edge. Basically, you just want to try it on a different internet browser. After logging in, go ahead and try to select or to see your balance. You can also try to download on a different device or re-download the app on another device.
