If you find your listings aren't showing in the Manage page, this could be due to a few different technical reasons. Try these methods to see if they can fix your problem:
- Disconnect and reconnect your platform: In the Manage page, disconnect whatever platform your listings aren't showing up on. After you've successfully disconnected the platform, reconnect to it and see if your listings show up.
- If you are on Chrome, try to log in to your dashboard on Explorer, Safari, or Edge. Basically, you just want to try it on a different internet browser. After logging in, go ahead and try to select or to see your listings. You can also try to download on a different device or re-download the app on another device.
Notes: Sometimes it may take 5-45 minutes for listings to import. Please be patient.
