I can't select or unselect orders

In this guide, we will be going over what to do if you can't select or unselect orders. 

Sometimes, you may be facing some technical errors when trying to select or unselect orders. That means nothing happens when you click to select or unselect orders in the Manage page

I/ Desktop or web application

To select an item, hit the circle to the left of the item name. Once chosen, the circle will appear purple.

To deselect an item, hit the circle to the left of the item name. Once deselected, the circle will appear white with a black border.
To select all items, hit the circle on top of the orders page next to the "Details" label. Once assigned, a green bar will appear on the screen titled: "___ Orders selected."

To deselect all items, hit the circle at the top of the orders page next to the "Details" label. Once deselected, a yellow bar will appear at the top of the orders page titled: "___Orders unselected."

To select and unselect orders in the Manage pagetap on the circle to the left of the product listings. 


Clear Circle = Unselected

Purple Circle = Selected


III/ Other Solutions

Here are some reasons why these options are either not working or unresponsive and how to solve them:

  • Check juiced.io/status. Please first look at each platform's current status as there may be maintenance/updates being done, which results in a temporary shut-down of the app. 

  • [For web app] Try to switch between different browsers. If you are on Chrome, try to log in to your dashboard on Explorer, Safari, or Edge. Essentially, try accessing it on a different internet browser. After logging in, go ahead and try to remove websites. You can also try re-downloading the app on another device.

  • [For web app] Clear your cookies. Try clearing your browser; cookies might be the problem of not letting you remove websites.

  • [For mobile/tablet/desktop app] Try restarting the app. This can be done by closing out and relaunching the Juiced App.

  • [For mobile/tablet/desktop app] Delete and re-download the app. If all else fails, trying to re-download the app to refresh the data may potentially help solve your issue. 

If this error persists, go to the live chat button in the bottom right section of your online browser and click "Report a bug."
