My Shopify account has been suspended

If your Shopify account has been suspended then you will not be able to use the platform and will face problems with connecting it to the Manage page. 


Here's what you can do to help solve this problem: 

  • If you have received an email from Shopify in relation to your store being suspended, request this suspension be lifted by responding to the email notice you received. They will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Use Shopify's Help Center to reach out and ask how you can go about getting your account removed from suspension: 
  • Read over the Shopify terms of service here and the Shopify Payments terms of service here
  • Do not register for a new account: It's best to try and get your old account unsuspended first.
