My login is correct but I am getting an error

In this guide, we're going to be showing you how to handle your login information if it's correct but you're getting an error.


  • I/ Desktop or web application

1. Try to log in to the Juiced app -> 2. Try to reset your password -> 3. Wait and contact support


I/ Desktop or web application 

Go to the login page for Juiced and click Forgot password:


Type in your email correctly and click the Reset button:



In a few minutes, you should receive an email about resetting your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password. After your password has been reset, try to log into your account with the new password.


If this process still doesn't work, there's a chance Juiced might be down and no one can log in. In situations like that the best thing you can do is wait for the problem to be resolved.


If you've waited more than a few hours still can't log in, contact support for help.
