Go to the login page for Juiced and click Forgot password:
Type in your email correctly and click the Reset button:
After a few minutes, you should receive an email about resetting your password if you entered the correct email. Follow the instructions to reset your password and will have to create a new password. After resetting your password, try to log into your account with the new password.
If this process still doesn't work, there's a chance Juiced might be down for maintenance, and no one can log in. In situations like that, you can best wait for the problem we are fixing to be resolved.
If you've waited more than a few hours and still can't log in, contact support for help.
II/ Mobile or tablet application
If the email you're entering isn't working please follow the steps below:
Once the mobile app has been opened, hit the purple Forgot Password? button located above the Login button.
Next, enter the email associated with your account and hit the purple Reset button.
After following these steps, you should receive an email from Juiced with a link guiding you to reset the password for your account and log in. Click on the link soon after receiving it, so it doesn't expire.
After receiving the link, you will have to create a new password and you will be able to log in once again with your email and new password.
If this process still doesn't work, there's a chance Juiced might be down for maintenance, and no one can log in. In situations like that, you can best wait for the problem we are fixing to be resolved.
