My password has been compromised

Fear your password been compromised? Follow these steps.

 

Summary:

  • I/ Desktop or web application 
  • II/ Mobile or tablet application 

I/ Desktop or web application 

Go to the Juiced login page.

Click the 'Forgot password?' button below the Password section of the screen.

Enter the email associated with your account and click the Reset button below it.

After following these steps, you should receive an email from Juiced with a link guiding you to reset the password for your account and log in. Click on the link soon after receiving it, so it doesn't expire.

By doing this process, your account should log itself out of all logged-in devices, and you'll be the only one with access to the new password so you can log in. 

 

Once all tasks have been completed, your account will be more secure and your password should no longer become compromised. 

 

II/ Mobile or tablet application 

If your password has been comprised, please reset your password with the "Forgot Password?" button located on the login page:

Once you proceed with the steps, enter the associated email to your account and hit the "Reset" button.

After following these steps, you should receive an email from Juiced with a link guiding you to reset the password for your account and log in. Click on the link soon after receiving it, so it doesn't expire.

Doing this will allow your account to log itself out of all logged-in devices, and you'll be the only one with access to the new password so you can log in. 

After updating your password, please consider choosing the "2FA" option below to secure further your login located under the "Update Password" button in the Security section:

Once all tasks have been completed, your account will be more secure and your password should no longer become compromised.
