If your eBay account is not connecting, please try all of these options:
- Check if your details are correct.
- Check if you are in the same region as your eBay account.
- Try to connect your eBay account on another device.
- Clear cookies on your browser.
- Log out then log in to the Juiced app.
- Restart your device.
- If your password is wrong, try to reset it.
If it doesn't work at all, contact us through live chat. We will tell our developers to fix the problem, and you will be able to reconnect again.
Note: If the solutions aren't working, check if eBay is under maintenance. You just have to wait sometimes.
