If your StockX account is not connecting, check if your details are correct.
Also, try on different devices if the one you are currently using is not working.
Do not forget to clear cookies on your browser, log out and log in to the app again, or restart your computer/device.
Finally, if it doesn't work at all, contact us through the live chat in the app or use Discord tickets, so we can tell our developers to fix the problem and you will be able to reconnect again.
Note: For now, StockX isn't live and will not be until later since it's under construction. It will not be done until the end of 2021.
