Sometimes, you may be facing some technical errors to cancel your subscription. Here are some reasons and how to solve them:
- Try to switch between different browsers. If you are on Chrome, try to access your dashboard on Explorer or Edge for example. You can also try to download on a different device or redownload the app on another device.
- Check if you spelled your login details right. If your email or password is wrong, you can't cancel your membership.
- Check if your membership is not already canceled. You can contact us if you are not sure about the status of your membership. We will sort it with you.
- Clear your cookies. In order to clean your browser, cookies might be the problem of not letting you cancel your membership.
