Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Here is the guide:


  • I/Desktop or web application
  • II/Mobile or tablet application

I/Desktop or web application

To cancel your subscription on the web application/desktop version, you need to go to your Settings, by clicking on your profile in the bottom left corner of the window. Then, go to the Billing section, and scroll down to Subscription. You can now click on "Cancel subscription" and "Continue". You will have to select the reasons why you want to cancel and the final "Continue" will cancel your subscription.



II/Mobile or tablet application

To cancel your subscription on the mobile version, go to the Settings (by clicking on your profile, on the top right corner) and to Billing. Then, scroll down to the red button "Cancel subscription" and on "Continue" and select the reason for cancellation.



Note: Cancelling your subscription will remove you from the app and you will not be charged anymore.
