It typically takes us no more than five days to review, verify, and process refund requests upon approval.
Once a refund is processed, depending on the payment method, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to be accredited to your account. If a refund request is granted, we will credit you through your original payment method(s).
If you wish to receive your refund via non-conventional methods such as PayPal and you will need to send us an invoice at billing@juicedio.com.
